We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Moderator to assist and enhance our B2B digital marketing programs. This Social Media Moderator position will help in building and optimizing campaigns, by combining the tactics of digital acquisitions mainly and will be a key resource for program managers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, international workplace. The Social Media Moderator candidate will have shown campaign design, implementation, and tracking experience across a variety of campaign types and disciplines.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Listen to and monitor social conversations across Client’s channels to gain insights that will aid in the optimization of social marketing efforts.
  • Discover what kind of response the client’s creativity generates from their followers across all social media channels.
  • Manage brand-related online dialogues by listening to, classifying, and responding to users using the global social media team’s moderation framework.
  • Interact on the Client’s social media accounts using the appropriate brand voice and vocabulary – A varied tone of voice is required for different platforms, audiences, or messages (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube). Having prior experience in dealing with Twitter accounts is an added advantage.
  • Assist the global social media team based in France with escalating issues and providing feedback and solutions.
  • Create a database of social audience profiles for the client and determine which audiences are important to the brand.
  • Contribute to the creation of content by spotting promising user-generated material. (Articles, designs, and projects that use or refer to the Client’s solutions).
  • When necessary, contact specified users to obtain their consent and to answer or explain questions.
  • Prepare and modify captions for users’ material by asking pertinent questions and gathering important information based on the type of content.
  • Keep internal canned responses and user FAQs up to date.
  • Maintain and update a contact list of internal stakeholders.
  • On a monthly basis, report campaign results and budgets to the WW local teams.
  • With the analytics team’s help, you can improve tracking and analytics.
  • Ensure that all deliverables are completed on schedule and to a high standard
  • Please note the Social Media Moderator working hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (including 1 hour Break)

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or similar experience is required
  • Certifications in social media platforms would be beneficial as well.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital campaign execution and demand creation, including knowledge of digital acquisition strategies SEA & Displays – AdWords and campaign administration.
  • Feeling at ease with the analytics attitude Google Analytics, Tracking, Reporting, Excel)
  • When troubleshooting, you should be able to think logically and critically, as well as have a drive to improve your technical skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and consider process improvements
  • Capacity to manage numerous objectives and tasks at the same time Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail
  • Good command in written and vocal communication abilities in English.
  • Able to communicate effectively on Twitter. Previous experience would be an added advantage.
  • Personal characteristics: self-disciplined, independent, data and efficiency driven, and motivated
  • Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Excel knowledge
